Direct action models that we can install in your system

These valves are easy to adjust, they can be installed in any position, with bellow, self – actuated or self-compensating. They are usually used in chemical laboratories, health, industrial, steam installations, for vulcanising presses and cylinders, furnaces…

If you require a stainless steel pressure-reducing valve of these characteristics, we recommend you continue reading since we will show you some of the models we have available.

PRV30 stainless steel pressure-reducing valve

 válvula reductora de presión inoxidable

Self-regulating pressure-reducing valve balanced by a piston to provide a constant output pressure even if the system has fluctuations in inlet pressure.

Its task is to close when the outlet pressure increases and exceeds the set pressure; it does not require a lot of maintenance and can be installed in any position.

It has an inlet pressure of 25 barg and is designed to work with water, compressed air or liquids and gases from group 2.

Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316L (CF3M), it is quite common in laboratories, chemical industry installations or health installations.

PRV44 stainless steel pressure-reducing valve

Stainless steel pressure-reducing valve

Available in different sizes–DN15 to DN25–, it is a direct-acting valve with bellow, that can work with liquids, neutral gases and steam.  Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316L (CF3M), it has an inlet pressure of 25 barg. It is designed to regulate the output pressure even where there are fluctuations in the inlet pressure. It barely requires any maintenance tasks and can be accessed without removing it from the consumption line.

The standard admissible temperature ranges between -30 and 210 °C, its interior design is intended to offer an effective circulation of the fluids treated.

It is an extremely common valve in chemical laboratories, health, industrial, compressed air, fuel-oil, steam installations, heat exchangers, distilleries, cylinders and vulcanised presses, steam irons, furnaces…

VD pressure-reducing valve

Stainless steel pressure-reducing valve

Self-regulating pressure-reducing valve, designed to maintain the outlet pressure constant through the regulating piston; this piston is guided by three points.

Manufactured in different materials – bronze, carbon steel GSC 25N (WCB) stainless steel AISI 316L (CF3M)–, it is prepared to work with liquids, neutral gases and compressed air, offering an effective circulation of the liquid. It has a maximum pressure of 40 barg and supports a maximum temperature of 80 °C, with NBR pistons, although it can support up to 125ºC with EPDM and 150ºC with Viton.

It is very simple to adjust, its enamelled paint is extremely resistant and it does not require maintenance.  It is very common in chemical installations, laboratories, water distribution systems, wastewater installations, industrial air, compressed air, sprinkler systems, fuel-oil…
