The serial number on the valve nameplate. Valfonta needs it to identify the equipment and supply the correct spare part.

The model, the serial or order number, and the document you need: manual, material certificates, or ATEX and PED documentation.

Common questions
What information does Valfonta need to prepare a quote?
The fluid and its temperature, the inlet pressure, the outlet pressure (or the set pressure, for excess pressure and relief valves), the maximum and minimum flow rate, and the connection type. With that, we can recommend the model, size, spring range, and gaskets.
How do I order a spare part for an installed valve?
Give us the serial number shown on the valve nameplate. With it, we identify the equipment and supply the correct genuine spare part. Each product page shows the recommended spare parts kits.
Where can I find the manual or datasheet for my valve?
On each product page, in the documentation section, you can download the datasheet and, where available, the operating and installation manual. If you cannot find it, request it using the form.
Can you help me if no valve in the catalog fits?
Yes. We study the application and adapt an existing model or design a custom valve. See the valve design service.
