We have a wide range of pressure reducing valves for industrial systems

At Valfonta, we have been manufacturing and marketing the types of industrial pressure reducing valves most in demand in different sectors for many years.

Most of our models are designed to work with liquids, neutral gases and steam. We have different valves that can meet a wide range of different applications in all types of industrial systems.

Pressure reducing valve, model M1

This is a self-acting pressure reducing valve, available in different sizes (DN15 to DN150) and designed to work with liquids, neutral gases and steam. It has a pressure rating up to PN40 / CL300 and a maximum inlet pressure of 40 barg. Its regulation range is from 0.02 to 16 barg.

Pressure reducing valve, model M2

Válvula reductora de presión

This is a direct acting pressure reducing valve, which operates without auxiliary energy and is diaphragm compensated. Available in different sizes (DN15 to DN100), it has a maximum inlet pressure of 40 barg and is designed to work with liquids, mainly neutral gases.

Reducing valve, model M2 + Bellows

In this case, we are dealing with a pressure reducing valve self-actuated by bellows, designed to offer a constant output even if there are pressure oscillations at the inlet. It can work with liquids, neutral gases and steam, with a maximum inlet pressure of 25 barg.

Reducing valve, model PRV20

Válvula reductora de presión PRV20

This is a special model for liquids and neutral gases; a self-regulating pressure reducing valve balanced by a piston, which allows it to provide a constant outlet pressure, even with inlet oscillations. We also have different sizes (DN8 to DN20) and we want to emphasize that it is made entirely of stainless-steel AISI 316L.

Reducing valve, model PRV30

This is another of our self-regulating pressure reducing valves, also piston balanced. The valve closes when the outlet pressure increases. It is effortless to adjust, has a maximum inlet pressure of 25 barg and is made of AISI 316L stainless steel.

Pressure reducing valve, model PRV44

This is a bellows-balanced, self-regulating pressure reducing valve. A direct acting valve, where the inlet pressure is introduced into the valve and closes it due to the section difference. Designed to work with liquids, neutral gases and steam, it has a maximum inlet pressure of 25 barg.

Reducing valve, model PRV45

This model is a self-regulating, piston-balanced pressure reducing valve. The inlet pressure is introduced into the valve and closes it due to the section difference. It is also made of AISI 316 L stainless steel and is suitable for fluids such as liquids, neutral gases and steam. It has a nominal pressure of PN25 and a maximum inlet pressure of 25 barg. Its regulation range goes from 0.01 to 8 barg. It is also available in different sizes (DN15 to DN25).

Finally, here is a pressure reducing valve that works on the direct-acting principle. It maintains the outlet pressure through a piston, is available in different sizes (DN15 to DN100), and can work with neutral liquids and gases with great results.

As you can see, we have a large part of the types of industrial pressure reducing valves that can currently be purchased, and we can also design them to measure for each system or installation.

In this post, we wanted to tell you about the characteristics of the pressure reducing valves that we consider most noteworthy. In our blog, you will find other interesting articles about how to regulate a pressure reducing valve and other aspects that might interest you.
